This is a minimalist painting, like many of my works. It consists of 7 horizontal bars. The painting contains hues of orange and teal, which are perhaps reminiscent of a mid-century color scheme. But I’ve put them in a more contemporary color setting. While this piece has no particular message, the combination of colors is intended to evoke feelings of warmth and optimism.
